These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Finest Touch Designs website and outline the general terms of any design, branding, SEO, or marketing engagement between you ("Client") and Finest Touch Designs ("we," "us," or "our"). Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing for each individual engagement and take precedence over the general terms below.
Services
We provide website design, logo and brand identity design, SEO, digital marketing, and Google search launch services as described on this website and agreed upon in an individual project proposal.
Payment
One-time design fees and ongoing care-plan fees are billed according to the schedule agreed upon at the start of your project. Monthly care plans continue until cancelled by either party with reasonable notice.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, the Client owns the final website, logo, and brand materials delivered as part of the engagement, including source files where applicable. Finest Touch Designs may retain the right to display completed work in its own portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds, confirmed in your project proposal. Requests beyond the included scope may be quoted separately.
Third-Party Costs
Costs such as domain registration, paid advertising spend, or third-party software subscriptions are separate from our fees and will always be disclosed and agreed upon before being incurred on your behalf.
Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or sales outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and market conditions. We will always build your site and campaigns using current best practices.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
